Return / Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Our policy for returns / exchanges and refunds is valid within seven (7) days from your package delivery.
2. All items must be returned in the exact same condition as it was received in order to be exchanged.
3. All items must be without fault, defect, broken or missing pieces in order to qualify for a refund.
4. Refunds will be remitted via cash or bank transfer only.
5. Courier delivery fees are non-refundable.
6. Returns / exchanges are not done via courier, it will be facilitated only via our listed pickup points.
7. If seven (7) days has passed, our policy does not allow for any return / exchange or refund.
8. If an item has been received broken or damaged via courier service delivery, the liability will be placed on the courier service company so therefore we will make arrangements to deliver you the items that was ordered in perfect condition.
9. Refunds will not be given to any customer who “does not like”, “does not fit” or any personal preference related claim, as our products are as shown in photos without variation. Exchanges will be given for this situation.
